Lightning & Tremors

Touch me…
Feel the earth tremor.

Touch me…
The lightning strikes not once,
But a thousand times over.

Touch me…
Sink into the darkness,
My legs wrapping around you
Like vines winding and clinging, climbing higher and higher,
Reaching the summit, dancing in the sunlight,
Curling back now, disengaging as the moon rises,
Separating slowly, calmly,
Let me go…

The storm has passed,
The rain has fallen, flooded and filled me,
Let me go…

Feel the earth shift and shake,
Let me go…
